Dr. Magdiel Diaz is a general practitioner of 27 years specializing in comprehensive and lifelong medical care for patients in any age range. Dr. Alfredo Dally is a Patients’ Choice physician committed to providing exceptional service for health screenings, everyday ailments, and general health care.
With decades of experience, our team is as knowledgeable as it is diverse. Together, Magdiel Diaz, MD, and Alfredo D. Dally, MD, provide patients with detailed care designed to be accessible by everyone in our community.
Magdiel Diaz, MD

Dr. Magdiel Diaz, MD, has the knowledge and experience needed to provide comprehensive care for patients in every stage of life. He is happy to offer consistent and lifelong care in order to better recognize and diagnose any health risks or issues as patients age. This is particularly important when it comes to supporting the overall health of the individuals in question as Dr. Diaz is able to leverage his observations about a patient’s past health concerns in order to better predict and prevent future concerns.
A general practice physician with almost three decades of experience. Dr. Diaz completed his residency at Umdnj-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and obtained his medical degree from Universidad De Ciencias Medicas De La Habana in 1994. Since then, he has been providing expert care to patients in the Miami-Dade service area and beyond.
Alfredo D. Dally, MD

Dr. Alfredo D. Dally specializes in general care, working to keep patients at any age in good health. Because he prioritizes daily care over a particular specialty, Dr. Dally is able to offer diverse care to his patients, be they struggling with an everyday ailment like the flu or cold or are struggling with chronic diseases like asthma and diabetes. He also administers comprehensive health screenings and advises patients about their risk factors and what steps to take to avoid developing serious issues in the future.
Dr. Dally completed his residency at Temple University and obtained his medical degree from Instituto Superior De Ciencias Médicas De La Habana in 1993. Dr. Dally has been actively working with patients for more than 25 years and provides his services throughout South Florida. He is always happy to meet with his patients to ensure they are on their way to lifelong health.
